Crystal Seymore-Auston

Survivor, Thriver & Advocate
In 2015, at the age of 34, I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. With no family history, the doctors described it as 'just black luck.' The news was overwhelming, and I had to start chemotherapy immediately, diving into treatments that tested my strength physically and emotionally. It was a difficult journey, but with the support of loved ones and a commitment to staying positive, I made it through. Now, in remission, I carry the lesson of resilience and gratitude with me every day, embracing life with a renewed perspective.
