What to Expect:
- REP IT: Come in your favorite Well Black Woman® or I Support Well Black Women
T-Shirt. Select your style during registration! - WARM IT UP: Kickstart the day with a dynamic warm up led by a local fitness instructor.
- STEP IT OUT: Bring the whole family to embark on a 1.5 mile walk together.
Move at your own pace. Walk Captains will be with you every step of the way!
Please note: The park is wheelchair and stroller accessible. - COOL IT DOWN: Finish your walk with a rejuvenating stretch led by a local yoga instructor.
- REFUEL: Replenish your body and soul with post-walk refreshments.
