Project Live Well engages African American women and girls in a regular physical activity and nutrition education that bolsters their overall health and well-being.

Project Live Well

Project Live Well is an invigorating year-round series of fitness, nutrition & healthy living classes designed to elevate women’s health and glow! Participants are able to track their progress as they work to reach their personal wellness goals, and commune with like-minded women on a mission to LIVE WELL.

What you can expect: 

  • Regular classes led by trained instructors.
  • Goal setting and sustaining support through Mighty Networks online platform.
  • Post-challenge wellness assessment and biometric screenings.
  • Circle of like-minded peers that encourage and hold each other accountable.
