COVID-19 Relief Fund – How to Apply

The COVID-19 Relief Fund for Black Women and Families will provide mini-grants to women to meet their family’s immediate needs for food, housing, childcare, toiletries, medication, healthcare related costs, or other critical expenses.To apply for funds, please complete the following required steps:

• Click here to complete the COVID-19 Impact Survey. Please provide accurate, complete answers as this information will help us to better understand how COVID-19 is impacting you and your family.
• Once you complete the survey and click the SUBMIT button, a link will appear for you to apply for a Relief Fund Grant.
  
• Requests for funding will be taken in the order received and awarded based on 1) verification of the request, 2) need as expressed in your complete application, 3) availability of funds.
