Cierra Scott has been a certified Community Health Worker (CHW) since 2023 and is proud to continue in that role at the Foundation. In her previous CHW role in the La Crosse, Wisconsin community, Cierra provided clients with resources and developed strong interpersonal skills while improving her ability to problem solve various situations in a fast-paced environment.

Affectionately known as “CC”, Cierra is a Chicago native, and has been an avid member of her community from a young age. Her passion for community work began at the Boys and Girls Club where she worked for over seven years. She then moved to Hope Restore in 2022 as a facilitator for a young boys group called “Boys Breaking Barriers,” and assisted with family nights, girls’ groups, women's groups and other events. Cierra demonstrates a deep commitment to aiding others and is an award-winning leader. She was acknowledged by Hope Restores in 2022 & 2023 with the Black Excellence “Community Leader” Award; and by the Boys and Girls Club of Greater La Crosse where she received the “Youth of the Year Award” in 2019, and “Girl of the Year” award in 2016.
