As a Manager of Customer Care previously at Artful Home, she led customer service strategies, leveraging data analysis to identify trends and improve performance. She collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement crisis management protocols and continuously elevate customer satisfaction and retention. Her focus on operational excellence, combined with her ability to drive team performance through clear benchmarks and support, has consistently resulted in improved customer outcomes.
