X'Zandria is a Leadership Development Coordinator at Institute for Women's Leadership (IWL) and founder of Her Quiet Power, a platform empowering introverted Black women through style and confidence. She leads initiatives at the Institute for Women's Leadership, fostering social justice, women’s leadership, and community engagement. With a background in marketing, leadership, and student affairs, she is passionate about creating equitable spaces. X'Zandria is also pursuing a graduate degree, focusing on enhancing student experiences and advocacy.
