Carmen Parker resides in the Inland Empire of California. She has been a health and wellness enthusiast since high school. As a senior in high school she was the head student athletic trainer. She graduated from California State University, Dominguez Hills and received her bachelor's degree in Pre-Physical Therapy minoring in Africana Studies in 2021. During undergrad she was an advocate for students' needs as the representative of her college in Associated Students Incorporated.

Furthermore, she worked at a clinic named CPRX physical therapy as a physical therapy trainer. She also obtained her certification in Nutrition Coaching through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). During her free time, she enjoys yoga, dancing and spending time with family. In the future she aspires to gain her certification in Doulaship and also obtain a master's degree in Health and Human Performance.
