Tracey, the founder, and CEO of Russell Family Doula Services, brings over 10 years of experience to her role as a Full Spectrum Doula. Her compassionate approach extends to supporting pregnant individuals, partners, and families throughout their transformative journeys. Whether navigating pregnancy, childbirth, or postpartum life, Tracey provides unwavering care. She also assists with fertility, infant loss, and postpartum emotional struggles. As a lifelong learner, she continually seeks knowledge, taking classes on newborn sleep, grief and loss, effective communication, and lactation. Tracey’s mission includes reducing disparities in maternal and child health, making her a devoted advocate for those she serves.
