Jasmyn Lee is a Chicago IL  native, raised in Madison, WI. She is currently working on her Community Health Worker certification through PCHI-UNITEWI. Jasmyn is currently an Esthetician/Makeup Artist in the Madison Area, and mother to her biggest joy - three children Juelz 17, Patrick 15 and Ava 4. Her goals include obtaining her CHW certification to assist her community with AODA and mental health treatment and wellness, and to grow her beauty business.  Jasmyn is excited to learn as much as possible during her practicum placement with the FFBWW Community Health Initiatives team, to work with an all Black staff, and is grateful for the opportunity to to learn and grow.
